JAL Agriport Authentic Plum Wine TSURUSORA-UME PLUM WINE

This Ume fruit liqueur soaked in Tsurusora 50/50 authentic sweet potato shochu for a balanced blend of sweetness and tartness.

JAL's own farm is based on the authentic shochu `Tsurusora 50/50', 
which is a blend of 50% Beni Haruka and 50% Beni Azuma from 
Chiba Prefecture, Nanko plum from Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture for pickling and aging.
This plum wine has a refreshing taste and less sweetness.
We use plums with rich aroma and thick pulp, so you can enjoy the taste of sake even with the sweetness.
