Refund policy
Except as otherwise provided in these terms and conditions, our Company do not accept refund or exchanges of product.
If your ordered are faulty, defective or damaged (not due to your mistake), or the products are not your ordered, or the quantity delivered is incorrect, you can return or exchange the product within 2 days of the date of receipt, you need to Meet the following:
Prerequisites
- Provide valid proof of item details/photos for return/replacement as evidence
- The products are unused and in the condition in which they were originally sold, together with all parts and accessories supplied with the goods, including but not limited to instructions, certificates, labels, markings, consumables, bags and boxes, etc.
- The packaging of the goods must be in the condition in which they are delivered to you
- The request for return or replacement will be sent to our customer service representative through the email designated by us or the supplier, and the products will be returned to the address designated by us or the supplier within the period specified by us or the supplier. Any costs incurred in returning the goods to our designated address will be borne by customer's account.
If you meet the requirements of the above prerequisites and with our consent , we will arrange for the return and exchange of the same product as soon as possible after the return is approved. If the product is not in stock and we have collected the relevant payment, we may refund the amount of the product.
You agree and accept that acceptance of return or replacement of merchandise is at the sole discretion of us and the supplier. Under no circumstances will we accept returns to us without application and approval, or be liable for any damages incurred by you for any reason.
