Shipping policy
Each order is limited delivery to one location. Once the order is submitted, the delivery method and shipping address cannot be changed.
Self-pickup service and door-to-door service: the customer pays the shipping fee (cash on delivery), except for designated merchants or products.
Unless otherwise stated, please review details of shipping costs and free shipping amounts on our website. We reserve all rights to adjust the above free shipping order amounts and other charges at any time.

We will deliver the merchandise ordered by you to the address you give us for delivery at the time you make your order through our staff or a third party provider. When you confirm receipt of the products, you agree to produce identifiable identification (if applicable) upon request. When the products are delivered to you, the goods are deemed to be delivered to you and accepted by you. If you are unable to receive the merchandise for any reason, you agree and accept that we have the right and option, to charge additional fees or to cancel your order without refund or compensation.
When the gale 8 or above signal is hoisted, the red or black rainstorm warning or above is forecast, or our third-party supplier judge that it is not safe to deliver, the delivery service will be postponed, and we or the third-party supplier will contact you about the latest delivery arrangements. The delivery arrangements for each product (logistics company, regional restrictions and delivery time, etc.) are different.
Generally speaking, we currently do not deliver to remote areas and outlying islands, buildings without lift equipment, any restricted areas and prohibited trucks /Delivery in the area where the vehicle enters. We reserve the right to refuse delivery at our sole discretion, and everything is subject to the reply and arrangement of the logistics company.
Once merchandise has been delivered to you they will be held at your own risk and we will not be liable for the loss or damage (direct or indirect). Instead, we will not be liable to us for any damages (direct or indirect) or resulting damages (direct or indirect) to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
If the order contains alcoholic products, the recipient must be over 18 years of age and must provide appropriate proof when requested.
